 Wingspan is a new genre-specific internet advertising network that helps brands become more visible to people who are interested in their products. Wingspan allows advertisers to easily place their ads on the websites of many publishers, and gives publishers the opportunity to make real income from their websites.  Wingspan offers an excellent opportunity for you to promote your brand. Wingspan manages several advertising “networks,” each of which is targeted towards a specific demographic. Website publishers place advertisements for a network that will appeal to their viewers on their website, and your ad is displayed in rotation with the other ads in the network. 20 standard (rotating) advertising slots are available each month, so you are guaranteed to receive at least 5% of the impressions. Additionally, there are single-day “roadblock” slots available, which places your ad on every page in the network for the given day.  Wingspan offers you a unique opportunity to generate real income by placing Wingspan advertisements on your website. After becoming a Wingspan member and selecting the best demographic group for your visitors, you will be given a small piece of code to include in your website. Once the code is included in your website, you will immediately begin to generate revenue. Here’s how it works: Each month, a portion of the advertising fees paid by advertisers is placed in “the pot.” At the end of the month, we review the number of impressions (views) and clickthroughs generated by your website, and determine what percentage of all the impressions and clickthroughs for your network is represented by you. You then receive a proportionate part of the pot. For example, if the pot for your network this month is $5000, and you generate 10% of the impressions and clickthroughs for the month, you will receive 10% of $5000, or $500. Both ad impressions and clickthroughs are counted, so as long as people are looking at your website, you are sure to generate revenue through Wingspan. |
